Delivery Methods
Delivery of products purchased from vulgarista.com, owned by “Aristidova” Ltd., is carried out via:
Courier company ECONT;
Courier company SPEEDY;
Own transport;
Other method (upon prior arrangement).
Delivery Costs
For your convenience, delivery costs for all products purchased from vulgarista.com, owned by “Aristidova” Ltd., are fixed as follows:
FREE DELIVERY for orders over 150 BGN, delivered to ECONT/SPEEDY office, or to a physical address (weekday delivery only) specified by the customer;
For orders under 150 BGN, delivered to a SPEEDY office or parcel locker: 6.00 BGN;
For orders under 150 BGN, delivered to a physical address with SPEEDY (weekday delivery only), specified by the customer: 8.00 BGN;
For orders under 150 BGN, delivered to an ECONT office: 8.00 BGN;
For orders under 150 BGN, delivered to a physical address with ECONT (weekday delivery only), specified by the customer: 10.00 BGN;
Additional Information
All orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day. Processing takes 2 to 5 business days. The merchant (“Aristidova” Ltd.) reserves the right to extend the shipping period in extraordinary/force majeure circumstances, while committing to inform the customer. Examples: promotional periods, courier service changes, etc.
Delivery of all orders is carried out within 2–5 business days, except in extraordinary/force majeure cases as described above.
The merchant reserves the right to contact the customer (via a contact method chosen by the merchant and provided by the customer) before shipping the order to clarify details.
The merchant is not responsible for failure to fulfill orders when the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete data necessary for delivery, or in cases where the reasons are related to third parties (courier, online payment provider, etc.).
The merchant reserves the right to contact the customer AND/OR to select a suitable delivery address if there is a mismatch between the provided address and the chosen delivery method (e.g. physical address provided, but delivery option selected: courier office).
Orders marked for delivery “To an Econt office” but with a physical address provided will be sent to the nearest Econt office.
Orders marked for delivery “To a Speedy office” but with a physical address provided will be sent to the nearest Speedy office.
Upon receiving products from the courier or an employee of “Aristidova” Ltd., the customer must check the shipment and inform both the courier and the merchant of any discrepancies or problems. If this is not done, the delivery is considered completed as per the rules.
The customer has the right to cancel an already placed but not yet shipped order by contacting “Aristidova” Ltd. via the official communication channels published at https://vulgarista.com/. Cancellations made through other means are not considered valid. Accepted cancellation methods:

The merchant reserves the right to change these delivery terms at any time without being obliged to notify the customer, but is required to publish the changes on this page of vulgarista.com.
Return & Complaint Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the customer has the right to return, without giving a reason, any product purchased from vulgarista.com, owned by “Aristidova” Ltd., within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible, the returned product(s) must be in merchantable condition: packaging intact, stickers preserved, full set included, exactly as received. “Aristidova” Ltd. reserves the right to REFUSE APPROVAL OF A RETURN if one or more of the above conditions are not met, or in cases defined by the specifics of the product listed below. After the 14-day period from receipt has expired, the product is NOT subject to return or warranty service, unless explicitly stated as part of the purchase contract and described on the product page and accompanying documents.
Excerpts from the CPA relevant to returns:
Art. 50: The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract or off-premises contract within 14 days, without reason, without penalty, and without paying additional costs (except those under Art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55).
Art. 52: The consumer must inform the trader of the decision before the 14-day period expires.
Art. 55: When exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the trader offers to collect the goods, the consumer must send/return the goods at their own expense within 14 days.
Additional Information on Returns
If a factory defect is detected upon delivery, the customer may return the product at the merchant’s expense and request replacement with the same or another product (upon agreement).
If the package is damaged during courier transport, a claim will only be approved if the courier company confirms the damage occurred during transportation. In such a case, the customer must refuse to accept the shipment and immediately contact vulgarista.com.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: For returns, transport costs are borne by the buyer, according to Art. 55 CPA. The customer may choose the method and courier for the return shipment, but all returns must be sent to the official address of “Aristidova” Ltd. Packages sent to a different address will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
All return shipments are inspected by an employee of “Aristidova” Ltd., in the presence of a courier representative. Any discrepancies must be clarified and confirmed.
Each return is evaluated before approval.
For all returns, regardless of timing, the product must be sent back with all accompanying documents (invoice, receipt, warranty card, etc.).
For processing a return, the customer must fill in the electronic return form available on this page. Returns not accompanied by the properly completed form MAY BE REFUSED.
Product-Specific Conditions
The products sold on vulgarista.com (owned by “Aristidova” Ltd.) are mainly textile goods – T-shirts, hoodies, canvas bags, as well as prints, mugs, and others.
Due to the nature of some products, “Aristidova” Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where:
